Notice Regarding Frozen Credit Files

Before you submit your rental application to Five Horizons Realty, first check if you placed a security freeze on your Transunion or Equifax credit report and temporarily lift or remove a freeze. When your Equifax or Transunion credit report is frozen, Equifax and Transunion will prevent your credit report from being submitted in your rental application.

An applicant who submits their application without lifting a freeze will have an incomplete application, and will be charged a fee to reprocess their application. Lifting and removing a security freeze is free.
